How to enforce a specific port for the _accessory_?

My firewall only allows explicitly configured ports. Can I disable the random port assignment (default) and enforce a specific port instead?

So apparently it's impossible to enforce a specific port: Homebridge will allocate a dynamic one base on the "ports" settings.
