Can't Access Camera on Remote Site through VPN #821

I have 2 sites (homes) connected with VPN and the 2 networks are accessible on both sites. Home A has Synology server running Homebridge Camera-ui, all are running the latest versions of all SW/OS. Home A has several Reolink Cameras and Home B has one remote Reolink Camera.

From within Home A local network, I can access any Camera using my Apple Home App with no issues at all. However, if I leave Home A (disconnect from its local LAN), I can access the cameras in Home A only using the Apple Home App but I can't access the Camera in Home B. What is possibly the reason causing this limitation?

For your info, I don't have SSL configured on Camera-ui and I can access the Home B camera using the Camera-ui interface from outside the home with no issue but I can't from within the Apple Home App?

My Apple Home App has 2 homes configured (A and B) and I can access any other device in either Home A or Home B with no issue at all from outside these 2 homes except for Home B Camera.

Appreciate your tips/hints/suggestions to resolve this issue?

A new version of camera.ui is currently under active development. An initial alpha/beta release and previews are coming soon. Stay tuned for exciting updates: https://github.com/seydx/camera.ui/issues/448 .

This version will no longer be developed / fixed. The new version contains many novelties and fixes (most important is for HKSV recording).
