Describe the bug Four iPhones on iOS 15 in battery saving mode flood logs with (NOT) DETECTED messages even though they are present and in standby.

To Reproduce See above.

Expected behavior Only one message when phone enters/leaves WiFi.

Smartphone (please complete the following information):

Device: iPhone X to 11
OS: 15.0

Additional context I tried raising offDelay up to 240s to no avail.

Same problem with smarthome-decices, when they are offline.
