What is broken? This looks like its just the message usually shown at the end of installing a gem.
when iam trying to use the rails i get this "ist too long /Users/marjannak/.rvm/bin/gem: line 6: /Users/marjannak/.rvm/bin/gem: Undefined error: 0
ERROR: Could not find a valid gem 'rails' (>= 0), here is why: Unable to download data from https://rubygems.org/ - SSL_connect returned=1 errno=0 state=SSLv3 read server certificate B: certificate verify failed (https://s3.amazonaws.com/production.s3.rubygems.org/latest_specs.4.8.gz)
Is it rails that you can't get working? This page is for issues with the twitter-bootstrap-rails gem, not with rails itself. I tried pasting part of your error message into Google and got this question on Stackoverflow which might help you. Not sure what else to suggest.
Yes, i now have reboot my mac and will start from the beginning. Thanks for the time you took to reply :) i will check it out

there is an extra step needed to install the command line helper for Sublime.
Again, you should google that or contact Sublime, this is not an issue with this gem: this issue should be closed.
@marjanna You should close it. Don't leave issue (and especially unrelated issue as in your case) open once you have already resolved it.
Use
bundle show [gemname]
to see where a bundled gem is installed. Post-install message from rdoc: Depending on your version of ruby, you may need to install ruby rdoc/ri datap.s i have the latest updates and i dont know hot to fix this.
