Update Font Awesome to 4.0.3 #679

Retains the asset_path modifications made in fontawesome.css.erb and LESS variables overrides specified in fontawesome.less and used in path.less.

Err. I realize this breaks the helpers. Not sure what the best way to proceed is, considering that Font Awesome now uses the fa namespace, breaking compatibility with Bootstrap sprites.

Dialogue welcome.
