Fixed Glyphicons for bootstrap 3.2 #783

They are no longer using pngs, but fonts similar to fontawesome.

I deleted the old pngs and adapted the urls to the fonts to work with rails' asset pipeline. Everything is handled in a very similar way to fontawesome.
