JavaScript still v3.1.1? #799

Noticed I couldn't call $(selector).tab('show') recently after updating to the latest release of the twitter-bootstrap-rails gem. It looks it's still using v3.1.1 JavaScript instead of v3.2.0?

Confirmed, need JS updated. When #798 is fixed this won't happen any more.
