Fixes issue where paths to halflings glyphicons 404 when using the static generator option and =require twitter-bootstrap-static/sprites.

Check out #802. I appreciate this contribution, but it is fixed in that PR because we get rid of the static install option. Also in the future for PR's, we use git flow, so the PR needs to merge into develop please.
