Bootstrap upgrade to version 3.3.6 #888

I've upgraded bootstrap to latest version, namely 3.3.6.

I just took less, js and font files from latest stable release of twbs and moved into appropriate places. I think this is enough to complete the upgrade.

Let me know if I need to do something else.

Hope to get this merged.
