So the first, improve guards aim, because currently they can barely hit a point-blank shot at a still target.
Second, make guards try to avoid fall damage.
Third, make it so that villagers will take advantage off of terrain (If they are located higher than the target and have a crossbow or a bow, they would instead of getting down and dying against 20 vindicators, they will stay up and take them down from afar.)
Fourth, make it so that when given a loyalty trident, the guard will throw it at the target instead of going only close-quarters battle.
