create 1 script than runs all roberta training, for mlm & regression (including mtr)
abstracted out the creation of the trainer object so the train script is more clean
added small test scripts to run sample training for mlm and mtr
currently mtr works perfectly but mlm breaks with this script (although the normal mlm script breaks for me too right now, that should probably be addressed separately)
@gabegrand adding you to this PR but since it doesn't break anything I'll merge it anyway for now but if you have comments I can address them in another PR
also in another PR I should clean up the masked-lm folder and eventually get rid of the other training scripts
