How do i build the scalaris at windows xp env?

Hi,

we are developing Scalaris on Linux and test it from time to time under MacOSX. 
But
we never tried it under Windows before.

I added a build.bat and bin\boot.bat to the SVN.

1. copy an apropriate EMakefile_for_ from contrib\win32 to the trunk-directory
2. Adapt the path to your Erlang installation in build.bat
3. run build.bat
4. Go to the bin sub-directory
5. run boot.bat

Note: I only briefly checked Scalaris under Windows. It is not one of our main 
platforms.
