Hi!

To date, the tree supervisors significantly differs from the scheme presented 
in the documentation.

done as of r1085 - there's likely to be more outdated information in the 
user-dev-guide though - we started adding svn revisions to newer paragraphs and 
sections in order to show which version the description is based on
