no RRD stats menu
no Transactions stats menu

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

monitoring data is not (yet) collected by Scalaris

as of r2047, simple monitoring data is now available, e.g. number of 
api_tx:req_list/2 calls and statistics about its execution times. We will 
extend the amount of collected data as needed.
You can access it from the new Monitoring web page, e.g. 
http://localhost:8000/monitor.yaws
