Add flatpak metadata file #87

Flathub have requested that this be stored upstream. It is entirely a static file unless we want to change the description or screenshots visible in the Flathub listing; I believe updating the releases element is optional but I'll investigate if an additional workflow could easily keep this up to date as release tags are created in the repository.

As far as the metadata file here is concerned, I can update it whenever a new release is made.

Squashed! Re-added the .desktop file as well, again at the request of Flathub reviewers. This is a completely static file and may come in handy for other distributors as well if e.g. a distro wanted to set up a system package for QS.
