language translations don't work #573

Multisort Move Level Up/Down language translation strings don't work. 

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Change locale to something else than en eg. ru or fr
2. Try to see correct translations

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
See correct translations. I see en translations for these items.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SmartGwt 2.4, Gwt 2.0.3, SUSE Linux, Hosted + chrome + firefox

Please provide any additional information below.
Cleaned project, removed browser history.
