Conan package #9

Hello. Thank you for the pretty good library for work with ElasticSearch from C++.

But integration into C++ project this library isn't so easy. I suugest to prepare Conan package for the library. What do you think?

Hello, although we are internally using system installed dependencies (deb packages) and we have no experience with Conan, it could be added as it could be useful for others. It does not look so hard to prepare the recipe :-)
