Add send function to receiver of the file #1

Your script just uploads the file without notifying the receiver about this file if I well understand. Maybe there's a way to add the functionality to send this link to the receiver?

O! Great.. Thanks for assinging this issue :) my purpose is to fetch a file and send it to me. It's for my home automation. What to get a pic of last movement or even short clips. Would be awesome if you would modify this cli :)
