Problem at options of issue and timelog filter #1

Hi sf-cola,

First of all thank you for this great plugin. I've tested on Redmine 3.4.2 and I have a problem:

I can't see the initial config values in selectbox, and after add values left to rigth too, as you can see in this picture: issue_options

Same problem in Spent Time page: spent_time_options

Env:

Environment: Redmine version 3.4.2.stable Ruby version 2.4.0-p0 (2016-12-24) [x86_64-linux] Rails version 4.2.8 Environment production Database adapter Mysql2 SCM: Mercurial 3.7.3 Git 2.7.4 Filesystem
Redmine plugins: redmine_advanced_issue_history 0.1 redmine_custom_workflows 0.1.6 redmine_dmsf 1.5.9 redmine_email_inline_images 1.0.0 redmine_helpdesk 0.0.15 redmine_lightbox2 0.4.3 redmine_work_time 0.3.4 select_to_select2 0.1.0

I can't test ordering in these selectboxes.

in #10. Now that the merge is complete, can you confirm that the issue is resolved? @kroxy
