I solved the problem by using cargo install --locked trunk@0.20.3
. In windows
, you need to install openssl
. I suggest you download the development version installer from https://slproweb.com/products/Win32OpenSSL.html
and add OPENSSL_DIR
to the openssl
installation directory in the environment variables.
