So I was looking into a more "objective" bar to match new projects against, specifically with adopt-a-drain, and came across this list that might be a good benchmark for new projects for the brigade: https://github.com/niftylettuce/rapid-mvp-standards

Of course, we'd fork and tailor the list to our needs as a brigade, but this might be a good jumping off point.

That would be an interesting thing to base off on.

Maybe we could try to flesh something like this out during Hack Night on 12/2? Unless someone wants to just take ownership and run with it.
