[ ] Standardize project channels to make them more discoverable (e.g. precede with prj-)
[ ] Create channels for "I Want," "I Need"
[ ] Create a projects meta channel that all the leads are on

Jesse B. suggested using the #skills-and-interests channel to source skills and interests once someone joins slack and to make it an auto-join channel with slackbot to help new members list skills/interests.
