Context

This task is to explore the dataset, validate the neighborhood boundaries.
Please:

check neighborhood coverage - meaning, does this dataset have all of SF covered
please validate that these neighborhoods are accurate, against other third party sources. are there commonly referred to names for neighborhoods are reflected in this dataset.
plot this dataset, perhaps figure out if there are any visualization best practices you would have with neighborhood boundaries

at the moment assigned to Kim Cordoba. Will reflect when github username is added.

Definition of Done

Open a PR with analysis in the analytics folder
a quick write up + notebook on the above questions
Please present your findings to the Eng team for how to best use this dataset.

Let's maybe add some more context here about what "neighborhood coverage" is. Also, let's just make sure DoD has what is actually expected to be completed/turned-in at the end of this. We can move any notes like "check coverage" to the Eng details
