Context

The map is the most critical component of this project. This task is to use the datasets to create compelling and easy to use visualizations that can be implemented by the Eng and Design team.

Definition of Done

• a working prototype of the map that is interactive
• displays layers, soft stories in a compelling and easy to use manner
• is aesthetically pleasing
• generates a list of recommendations to front end and ux

  Engineering Details

• Front End And UX is primarily owning the design of the app, you'll need to work closely with them to understand feasibility and user experience.
• Please also work with the person who is building the centralized documentation on metric definitions and citations

if there's any way to narrow this a bit, that would be great... maybe DoD can be something like "A PR is posted with a rough interactive map that has x layers and y points". Then let's move any notes about the build to eng details so DoD is just what should be completed at the end
