Context

Please use the liquefaction dataset to come up with UX facing analytics to show to users. There are two levels are granularity to consider:

general trends from the dataset
- ex: % of SF that is considered a danger zone, what's the incline (is it hilly?) of the danger zones? etc
user level analytics
- what about a user's searched address would we want to present to them as it relates to liquefaction zones.

Definition of Done

a doc, notebook, etc, that recommends a set of analytics to put in front of users to help them decide general earthquake safety trends and the safety of their home as it relates to liquefaction zones.
Please also work with the person who is building the centralized documentation on metric definitions and citations
