Description

Katie's exploration of streamlit app concept in KG/explore branch

Type of changes

New features for exploratory visualization:
1. Overlaying seismic hazard data
2. Overlaying tsunami hazard data
3. Search feature for soft story properties
4. Text about the data breakdown and missing data

Testing

I did not run automated testing

How to test

-install requirements.txt -Go to archive/streamlit_app_concept and run "streamlit run app.py" -Type an address into the search bar and press enter
