I think this is SF county census blocks with long/lat coordinates and population (POP100) and Housing Units (HU100) per block: https://tigerweb.geo.census.gov/tigerwebmain/Files/acs17/tigerweb_acs17_tabblock_2010_ca_075.html How do you join this with EAS?

this explains the codes https://www.census.gov/prod/cen2010/doc/dpsf.pdf

Housing units by block group SF county (table) https://factfinder.census.gov/faces/tableservices/jsf/pages/productview.xhtml?pid=ACS_15_5YR_B25001&prodType=table

How do you combine the block group data with the other data sets? GIS? Shape files? IDK https://www.census.gov/geo/maps-data/data/tiger.html
