Database Setup + Documentation #7

Currently, I don't know how/which database is set up. We need documentation on how to setup a database and I need to set it up for myself.

I recall from the conversation with @VincentLa that datasci-open-payments had a database that is connected to the mode analytics under sfbrigade as openpayments. Let's see how I can access this database..

Seems like it's pretty hard to know where this postgreSQL server is hosted and what id/pwd is necessary for me to get access to it...

Will just carry on the other task (https://github.com/sfbrigade/datasci-open-payments/issues/5) using personal DB + Jupyter notebook
