Find future results for tomorrow for a nearby location. The use case is a driver parking their car who wants to be alerted when the next street cleaning is.

Maybe he can register his phone number and phone provider with a service which runs a daily job of alerting people when their last location (registered location, say for home) is nearby a warning area.
