Remove CartoDB Button and Code; It is Failing in Multiple Ways #110

Expected behavior

All columns in table, plus lat/long, are transferred to CartoDB for further mapping and analysis.

Actual behavior

CartoDB throws a certificate error. When certificate error is bypassed, the error "There was an error importing files to CARTO" is thrown.

Steps to reproduce

Do a search on the map that returns at least one row of data. Click on the Open with CartoDB button. View certificate and import errors.
