I added new custom Icons for each of the CS categories. Updated the legends in map to reflect changes in icons. Also did some cleanup in Map.js to reduce code that governs icons. There will be a lot of .png and .svg additions and deletions since I changed the names of Icons to names that make sense midway through working on my commits. The only major changes are on index.html and map.js.
