Version of mapbox changed from v2.1.5 to v3.1.1; version of plugin Leaflet Markercluster changed from v0.4.0 to v1.0.0; version of plugin Leaflet Draw changed from v0.2.3 to v0.4.10

Closing without pulling. Seems to function well for the end user, but errors in the console are a concern. New versions of leaflet-markercluster and leaflet-draw are available. Try accessing and testing again with the new, new versions.
