Add function to set data updated #28

Begins to address #25

Needs some testing and design, but functionally, adds a date and time of the most recently available data to the interface.

@hackajesse - I don't know if this is the right way to display it (probably not), but in the interest of getting feedback, I thought it'd be good to have something and then we can futz with the design and language.

Let me know if this is okay to merge.
