This embeds the newsletter archive underneath the signup page (following http://kb.mailchimp.com/campaigns/archives/set-up-your-campaign-archive) so that users can easily view the archive and share links to specific newsletters with others.

This depends on the newletters being placed into the Newsletter folder in Mailchimp to show up here (cc @vedrana15) -- I moved the existing ones.

It looks something like this: 2015-11-09-202006_1322x661_scrot

Most of the changes are just whitespace (I formatted the file) so it will probably be easier to view the diff via https://github.com/sfbrigade/sfbrigade.github.io/pull/130/files?w=1
