Add big green call to action for "contribute to our code" #20

I tried adding this myself and ended up with odd CSS behavior that I couldn't immediately solve in the last few minutes of Code for SF tonight, so I'll just file this as a suggestion! The new call to action would link to https://github.com/sfbrigade (and I made all the buttons green, since "red" often means "error"):

Giving people an immediate invitation to check out the code would be appealing to developers and other technical people who are curious about Code for SF. The GitHub projects may be even more immediately interesting than the Google Groups discussions, which often don't have a lot of recent activity.

I added a button to the new projects page instead. What do you think?

Oh sorry for the late reply! Looks great! I'd maybe say "check out" instead of "checkout" for more standard phrasing, but doesn't really matter.
