Replace Twitter widget with one created by @SFbrigade #61

To address issue #19, I created a Twitter widget for Code for SF from my personal Twitter account. This widget HTML should really be replaced by the HTML for a widget created from the SFbrigade account itself. This way the SF Brigade would be able to edit their own widget without needing to go through me.

I can help with this by working with someone who has access to the Twitter account (e.g. @hackajesse).
