Implements a way to manage and share the newsletter.

Considerations/notes:

Exposes /newsletter but does not include a link to that page.
Adds three sample newsletter posts.
adds bundle commands to README

Additional requirements probably include the automation of content pushes from mailchimp to this repo.

once html content is manually copied or automatically pushed to the body of a post, it looks like this:

Thanks, I'm focusing on NDoCH commits, but will review this ASAP. In the meantime, can you resubmit a pull request against the master branch. I should just delete gh-pages to avoid confusion.
