Hey @andy-dev, I see this is adding a new page for registration, but was anything added besides the layout? I'm not seeing any changes to navigation or anything when running the site locally, though I could be approaching it wrong. Is this PR ready for merge?

@therebelrobot hey! I have not work on this in a long time, if I remember correctly I don't think it's an issue anymore or for some reason we ended up not merging it
