Fix missing first blog post image #2

This fixes the missing image on the hompage and in the blog list for the first blog post. However, it results in the image being duplicated in the blog post page itself. I see there's a image_list_only variable in the content, but it doesn't seem to be used (or specified in most of the entries)...

I made the blog page code respect that flag and image keys to some posts.
