Added a getRepos api route that pulls repo information from SFBrigade organization on github
Call the getRepos URI and display that information into the projects page as a json
Note:
This requires you to add two environment variables to your local environment. You have to create a GitHub PAT as GITHUB_PAT and add your localhost url as URL to your .env. This also won't work in github pages, only on localhost as it is making external api calls.
