Per the discussion tonight, this changes our data update workflows to automatically commit their results to the master branch rather than creating a pull request.

I just manually ran the data v2 workflow at it works great! It committed and pushed 8fb4ee165c0d1a13d5fc68b04cf4c779d4c41dea :D
