Add English translations of views, buttons, confirmation prompts, and error messages for most commonly used pages using i18n.

Resolves #180 and resolves #46

LGTM However, it caused warning "Line is too long." I can expand length less than 100, isn't you?

I'll fix. I just realized I forgot to translate a few controllers and will finish those soon hopefully.
