Working in the branch generic_bubble_plot.
generic_bubble_plot
This function allows user to use any three columns in the output of the main functions to produce a bubble plot.
It should allow users to plot the absolute value (e.g., for case influence on parameter estimates) or raw value, which can be positive or negative.
It should allow users to include only two columns, producing a 2-D scatter plot with dots of the same size.
We can consider revising other specific functions to call this generic function internally.
