Integrate with mailgun and test out spam situation #16

Set up an integration with mailgun so that we can send emails from the site. This issue is only for the basic integration; what to do with this will come later.

This should also validate that the majority of a select sample group is able to actually receive messages. Undoubtedly we'll have some issues with being marked as spam, but hopefully we can keep it minimal.
