Change status selection to show more detail #29

Right now, when you change the player status or set status, you can ignore the help text next to it and get confused. Instead, we should make that read-only, with a button to change it. When you click the button, it brings up a panel that displays each status with details about it and you select from there. Modals are bad but it's important people understand what each status means.

Something a little bit like this:

This should be incorporated into the changes we make to edit members directly from the member#show page. Not worth doing for the existing members#edit page.
