Allow editing of `member_set` information from member#show #33

Don't make user open up member#edit to edit information about the member playing in a particular performance set; often the only reason they're visiting that member is to change a performance set status.

I'm thinking a simple popup or something when you click on an "edit" link near one of the performance sets on member#show.

We'll also add the ability to edit all information from that page. Member#edit will go away. (but that will all be separate issue)
