We need to add the standby_player flag (from MemberSet) to the member#edit page. Also, we should remove the rotation flag, since it's not really used.
That page is horrendous in so many ways, but this needs to be done before the refactor in #62 (which is probably some time away). It really shouldn't be so bad if you just replace one with the other.
