4 years ago Ahh on the plus side all the OCII projects are all DA's, so technically we are getting the right is_da value since we only include these projects, but we're going about it the wrong way. We're hoping Jade gives us an updated column
Currently we assume everything in Jade's vertical tracker is a DA project which apparently isn't true. We should either use some other heuristic or get her to add an 'is_da' column if we can
