When filtering by 100% Affordable projects you will see some Market Rate units still. This is because we count projects that are > 90% affordable as 100 percent affordable since there can be property manager units. There often seems to be 1 or MR units in the data for 100% affordable projects. This doesn't seem to be a real issue but filing here just in case our assumptions here are incorrect
