(P3) Produce status history tables for detailed statuses #87

From our conversations offline, we deprioritizing creating a separate detailed status table for the time being, but ideally we (or someone else that picks up this project) can still do this work to make one.

For the time being we will only deal with top level sequential statuses.

This is a much larger feature for the dashboard where detailed statuses need to be defined, closing this out as a github issue
